Summary:Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies needing more intensive support than traditional individual therapy provides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth; or an Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population.
- Highly competitive hourly rates (compensation increases based on caseload size, fluency in a second language, and tenure with the agency).
- No requirement to come to an office - focus on delivering care to your clients.
- Flexible schedules: part-time or full-time caseloads available.
- Paid weekly supervision is required and counts toward licensure.
- The notation system is compatible with cell phones.
- Mileage reimbursement.
